Improve support processes and track the support tickets using tools such as Freshdesk.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure smooth partner experience.
Generate support tickets report on a weekly basis.
Responsible for coordinating and consolidating various impact analyses for management reporting.
Develop reports to make data more meaningful to business initiatives.
Analyze data quantitatively and qualitatively and communicate findings. Build dashboards that convert unstructured data into insightful visualizations enabling effective resource allocation and improving project execution.
Prepare quarterly/monthly business review presentations for the management. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, insights, and discrepancies in data. Ensure data accuracy, synthesize compliance data in support of strategic business objectives.
Articulate key process flows, manage multiple inputs and priorities. Develop consistent, accurate, and operational metrics to track the performance of internal teams, including ongoing support/analysis on performance.
